Deborah is a resident of the First Coast and resides in the Fernandina Beach, Amelia Island area. She has lived in many places including abroad, but prefers this Beachfront community for its small town feel and casual life style. She is very proud to call Amelia Island her home. Her family was from this area as well, and her grandfather was a shrimp boat captain back in the 20’s and spent a good amount of time shrimping the “Emma B” from the mouth of Mayport to the waters off the Fernandina Beach Jetties. She is very familiar with this areas real estate market and will always go the extra mile to show you everything that is available. She and her husband Robert work as a team so choosing them always gets you double the service and attention to detail. She is an avid artist, and a published author, and enjoys home staging, and interior design when not selling real estate.

Robert has a wealth of knowledge in the residential and commercial markets both on the Island and off the Island. In his past life he was a 30 year veteran from the Hotel Industry, where he held many Executive Finance positions with various companies from as far away as Hawaii, and as close as the Marriott at Sawgrass in Ponte Vedra Beach. He has worked in the Florida Keys, and the Bahamas and in each location was instrumental in positioning the property for financial success and ultimately the sale of the property. During their time on the road, they have personally bought and sold over a dozen properties, so they consider themselves experts when it comes to preparing your home for sale or knowing what to look for from a buyers perspective. As a Team, they have been very successful as they both compliment each other, Deborah being the more verbal, artsy, outgoing partner, and Robert being the analytical guy who maintains the structure and keeps the team on task and deadline.
